Good. Mixes well. Use all the time. 40g everyday. Great for first thing in the morning; pre, intra, and post workout--squeeze one lemon, 16oz cold-pressed coconut water, tablespoon raw honey, pinch of Vera Salt, and one scoop/10g collagen; or similar recipe, but substitute the lemon for two oranges, and raw honey for maple syrup. Both of those were recommended by Alena on X.

To start this off, I just want to say I’m not a huge supplement person. But I’ve heard good things about marine collagen especially, and so I wanted to give it a try.
